We welcome you to the office of Thomas V. Ripp, M.D., Camille A. Graham, M.D., M.P.H., Neil M. Vora, M.D. and Wha-Joon Lee, M.D., Ph. D. We appreciate your selection of this office to serve your health care needs. We will do all we can to provide you the very best of care. In order to accomplish this, we ask you to spend some time reviewing our website. Our office is operated on the principle that the patient is the most important person in the office. His or her care both medically and personally, is the prime interest of Dr. Ripp, Dr. Graham, Dr. Vora and Dr. Lee; therefore if any questions come to mind, please do not hesitate to ask any of our office personnel during your visit to our clinic.

The doctors work by appointment, therefore, please call either office to schedule a time to see the doctor. This gives them an opportunity to allocate their time and proves to be the most convenient for the patient. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the schedule as much as possible, however emergencies will be seen and worked in with the regular appointments as necessary.

You may wish to write down your questions before coming to your appointment.

Make sure your questions are answered fully and that you understand what the doctor has told you. You have the right to be fully informed about the doctor's findings and opinions.

The office staff has been trained to answer most questions and if they are unable to answer your question, your chart will be obtained and the answer to your questions will be relayed to you from the doctor. If you have reason to think that medication will be required, please have the phone number of your pharmacy available.
